Hello! My name is Michael Southard. I produce a variety of cross-genre electronic music styles and have been for the better part of my life. Music has always been the most effective way of expressing myself, and it's something I've always had a passion for.
My current musical endeavors are released under the name Time Rival. I make ambient, electronica, IDM, downtempo, field recordings, neoclassical, lo-fi, experimental, film scores, strange fusions of all of these, or really anything new that interests me.I create new music all the time, almost every day. Not just because I want to, but because I have to. it's in my bones, deep down.
